Łomża - Our Town

1998 a special year for the citizens.
It was 580 anniversary of the foundation of the town.
2001 Lomza is an administrative district of the town in the Province of Podlasie. Our town is located in the area of the Poland's Green Lungs.
AREA: 3258 ha, POPULATION: 70000 people

Our School

Primary School No 10 is the only one in our province which has integrated classes.
In 1994/95 and 95/96 there were 17 children with hearing difficulties from our town. The classes were conducted in classrooms equipped with special apparatus which made communication between the children and their teacher possible. Moreover, the children attended rehabilitation classes led by Beata Erynek and Małgorzata Łopińska. In the school year 1996/97 the first integrated class was created.
